Privacy Policy

How Priceless Tay collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Priceless Tay ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on pricelesstay.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It also covers the information we receive when you sign in with Google to the Priceless Tay members hub or to Fifecta, our money app for people who bought the software plan or enrolled in coaching.

Information you give us

We collect the information you type into our forms:

  • Contact, press, and partnership forms: your name, email, company (for some topics), the topic you pick, how you found us, and your message.
  • Careers applications: your name, email, message, and the résumé and cover letter files you upload.
  • Coaching and book waitlists: your first name, email, Money Type, the program you're interested in, and an optional note.
  • The Money Type quiz: your email, your consent to hear from us, your quiz answers, and your resulting Money Type.
  • Press kit and media kit requests: your name, email, company or outlet, and how you found us.

Signing in with Google

You can sign in to the Priceless Tay members hub and to Fifecta with your Google account. Sign-in is handled by our sign-in provider, Supabase Auth. When you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares only these basic profile details with us, after you agree on Google's screen:

  • Your email address: to find the account that matches the email you enrolled or bought with, sign you in, and send you sign-in links and account emails.
  • Your name: to show it in your account and greet you in the hub and in Fifecta.
  • Your profile picture: to show it in your account. In Fifecta, a partner you choose to share your budget with also sees your name and profile photo.

We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data, and we do not post anything to your Google account. We store your email, name, and profile picture with your account in Supabase. You can remove Priceless Tay's access at any time in your Google Account settings under Security → Third-party apps & services. Your account stays open, and you can sign in with an email link instead.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Priceless Tay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We use Google user data only to sign you in and run your account features described above, which you can see in the app.
  • We transfer Google user data only to the service providers listed on this page that help us provide those features, or when required by law.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads, and we do not sell it.
  • People see your Google name, email, and profile picture only as part of the features above: your Priceless Tay coaches and admins see them on your account so they can support you, and in Fifecta a partner you invite sees your name and photo. Otherwise, people read Google user data only if you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or to follow the law, or the data has been made anonymous and combined for internal operations.
  • We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models, and we do not turn on any setting that lets our AI provider (OpenAI) use it to train its models.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we collect basic usage information: the pages you view, the site that referred you, and general device and browser information. Our own page-view counter does not use cookies or identify you. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. Google Tag Manager measures page visits and ads. Outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, that measurement is on unless you opt out. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, it stays off until you accept. Those tags may include Google Analytics and Meta. The site tells them which page you are on. It does not send your name, email, calculator inputs, calculator results, or other answers you type into a form.

After the Money Type Quiz, you can choose to answer a few optional questions: your country, your state if you are in the United States, your age range, your gender, and your race or ethnicity. Every question is optional and includes "Prefer not to say." To save you time, we may suggest your country and state based on your IP address; you can change or remove the suggestion, and it is not saved unless you submit it. We add your answers to running totals by Money Type and do not store them with your email address or quiz answers. If we publish these totals, for example as a map, we show only groups large enough that no one can be identified.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your message or application.
  • Add you to the waitlist you joined and tell you when coaching enrollment or the book opens.
  • Send you your Money Type result and related emails you agreed to receive.
  • Email you the press kit or media kit you asked for.
  • Sign you in to the members hub and Fifecta, and show your name and profile picture in your account.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Measure page visits and ads. This is on by default outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, where you can opt out. In those regions it is off until you accept.

We do not sell your personal information.

Emails from us

If you join a waitlist or take the quiz, we may send you emails about Priceless Tay, including your Money Type, coaching, and resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting us. Replies to messages you send us are not marketing emails.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the site and our business, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Supabase: handles sign-in (including Google sign-in) and stores account data for the members hub and Fifecta.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and the members hub and provides site analytics.
  • Google: measures visits and ads through Google Tag Manager. On by default outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, with an opt-out. Opt-in in those regions.
  • Meta: measures ads through Google Tag Manager, on the same choice as Google.
  • Resend: delivers emails from our forms to our team and to you (for example, a press kit link), and sends sign-in links and account emails.
  • GoHighLevel: stores waitlist and quiz contacts and sends our emails. Some tools on the site use a GoHighLevel form.
  • Upstash: may store a copy of form submissions and anonymous page-view counts for our internal dashboard.
  • Mux: hosts and streams course videos in the members hub and Fifecta.
  • Stripe: processes Fifecta software plan payments. We never see or store your full card number.
  • OpenAI: powers Fifecta's Ask Penny assistant, file imports, and some coach tools. Some coach tools send your name with your check-in answers or progress to draft summaries or messages. We do not turn on any setting that lets OpenAI use this data to train its models.
  • YouTube and Spotify: show videos and podcast episodes. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play.
  • Substack: hosts our newsletter. If you sign up there, Substack's privacy policy applies.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices. Fifecta's own privacy policy has more detail on the data Fifecta uses.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Our own page-view counter is cookieless.
  • We store one small setting in your browser to remember that you've already seen our full-screen announcement, so we show a smaller version next time. It contains no personal information and expires after 7 days.
  • Outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics and ads measurement are on by default. Cookie preferences in the footer and on this page let you opt out.
  • In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, a banner asks you to accept or reject first. Measurement stays off until you accept. If we cannot tell your country, we show that same banner so you can opt out.
  • We save Accept or Reject in your browser. Reject turns measurement off everywhere, and that choice stays until you change it. It is not tied to your name or email.
  • If you accept, or if you are outside those regions and have not opted out, Google Tag Manager may set cookies for Google Analytics and Meta. If you reject, we tell those tags to keep advertising and analytics cookies off. Google may still receive a cookieless signal so the tags can follow that choice.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site, including session recordings and heatmaps, so we can improve it. It follows the same analytics choice: on by default outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and only after you accept in those regions.
  • Third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Spotify players, and GoHighLevel forms, may set its own cookies when it loads.

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Some features may not work as expected if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as answering you, running a waitlist, or reviewing an application, or as long as the law requires. Account information from Google sign-in (email, name, and profile picture) is kept while your members hub or Fifecta account is open. A cancelled Fifecta software plan stays open for 12 months after the paid period ends, then we delete it. The Fifecta Privacy Policy has the details. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete it, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, such as payment records.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. In Fifecta, go to Settings → Your data → Delete account. For anything else, including the members hub, email support@pricelesstay.com or use our contact form and choose "Something else."

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails. California residents have these rights under California law. To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Something else." We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Information moving between your device and our site, the members hub, and Fifecta travels over HTTPS, and our database provider, Supabase, encrypts the data it stores. Access to account data is limited to people who need it to run and support the service. See our security page for more. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site and services change. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
