Fifecta Privacy Policy

How Fifecta, the Priceless Tay money app, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy covers Fifecta, the money app at fifecta.pricelesstay.com that Priceless Tay ("we," "us," or "our") provides to our coaching and software clients. It explains what Fifecta collects, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. Our website privacy policy covers pricelesstay.com itself. For how we protect your information, see Security.

Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email, and profile photo if you sign in with Google. If you turn on two-step verification, your sign-in factor is managed by our sign-in provider.

Enrollment information. When you enroll or pay, our client system (GoHighLevel) sends us your name, email, phone number, address, tags, the program you bought, your Money Type, and your payment status and history (amount, product, and invoice details). We keep a log of these updates.

Bank information, if you connect a bank. Through Plaid we receive your account names, the last digits of account numbers, account types, balances, and transactions (amount, date, merchant, and category). If you agree to share them, we also receive debts (balances, interest rates, minimum payments, and due dates) and investments (holdings, values, and investment transactions). We save a daily balance snapshot so you can see trends.

Information you enter. Income, expenses, budgets and monthly plans, goals, debts, investments, accounts, and anything else you type into Fifecta.

Coaching information. Your onboarding answers, weekly check-ins, homework, session notes, and program dates. Your coaches may also keep private notes about your coaching.

Messages. Messages you send to and receive from your coach in the Fifecta inbox.

Files you upload. If you import a bank report, statement, or receipt, we read it to pull out the transactions, then delete the uploaded file.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store the details your browser needs to deliver them. We also keep a record of each money alert we send so you do not get the same one twice.

Usage information. Basic page-view and performance data from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These do not use advertising cookies. We also note the date you first open Fifecta from your phone's Home Screen, so your coach can see whether app alerts can reach you.

Information kept only on your device

Some things stay in your browser and are not saved in our database: your recent Ask Penny chat, a few display preferences, and a short-lived cache that makes the app load faster. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Run Fifecta and show you your money picture.
  • Let your coach support you and prepare for sessions.
  • Keep your bank data up to date and send alerts you turn on.
  • Answer your questions in Ask Penny and help your coach summarize progress.
  • Confirm your enrollment and payment status.
  • Send sign-in links, invitations, and account emails.
  • Keep the app secure and working.

Who can see your information

You. You can see your own information. Our database rules stop other clients from seeing it.

Your Priceless Tay team. Coaches, admins, and sales staff can see the financial and coaching information stored in Fifecta so they can support you. They can also open a preview of your portal.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run Fifecta, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Supabase: stores Fifecta's data, handles sign-in, and runs our server code.
  • Vercel: hosts the app and provides page-view and performance analytics.
  • Plaid: connects your bank and provides balances, transactions, debts, and investments you agree to share. See Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI: powers Ask Penny, file imports, and some coach tools (see "How AI is used" below).
  • Digital Calculator: runs some calculations Ask Penny requests, such as payoff or growth math.
  • Resend: delivers sign-in links, invitations, and account emails.
  • GoHighLevel: our client and checkout system, which sends us your enrollment and payment details.
  • Your phone's or browser's notification service (such as Apple or Google): delivers notifications if you turn them on. A message alert includes the sender's name and the start of the message. A bill reminder includes the bill's name and amount, and a transaction alert says how many new transactions need a category. Depending on your phone's settings, these can show on your lock screen.
  • Google Fonts and Mux: load the app's fonts and course videos.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices.

How AI is used

Ask Penny. When you chat with Ask Penny, we send OpenAI your recent messages, any files you attach, and a summary of your plan. That summary can include income, spending by category, top merchants and recent charges, debts, goals, savings, and net worth, plus some of your onboarding answers. We never send your bank login or Plaid access token.

File imports. When you import a bank report or receipt, we send its text to OpenAI to pull out the transactions. Simple CSV files are read without AI.

Coach tools. Some tools your coach uses send your name, check-in answers, messages, or progress numbers to OpenAI to draft summaries or messages.

Your own AI assistant, if you connect one. You can connect Claude or another AI assistant to Fifecta in Settings → Your data → Connected apps. It can read your plan, transactions, debts, goals, net worth, and Money Type when you ask it something. It can't change anything, see your bank login, or move money. What it reads goes to that assistant's company under its own privacy policy. We keep a log of what it read and when. Disconnect it anytime in Connected apps. If your coach connects their own assistant, it can read your Fifecta data the same way your coach can, and every read is logged.

We do not turn on any setting that lets OpenAI use your data to train its models. OpenAI's own retention policy applies to what it receives. If you would rather not use Ask Penny or bank linking, turn on Work by hand in Settings.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal or financial information, and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no advertising trackers inside Fifecta.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is open so your history, trends, and coaching record stay complete. If your bank removes a transaction, we keep a record that it was removed so your history adds up.

When you delete your account, or ask us to, we tell Plaid to disconnect your banks so they stop sharing data with Fifecta, then delete your account and the information linked to it. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as payment records, for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

  • Do not link a bank. You can use Fifecta by typing your numbers in.
  • Work by hand. Turn it on in Settings to hide bank linking and Ask Penny.
  • Hide accounts. Hide any linked account you do not want to see.
  • Two-step verification. Turn it on in Settings → Sign-in.
  • Connected apps. See and disconnect any AI assistant you connected in Settings → Your data → Connected apps.
  • Notifications. Turn Message alerts and Money alerts on or off separately in Settings, or in your browser or phone settings. To keep alerts off your lock screen on an iPhone, go to Settings → Notifications → Show Previews and choose When Unlocked.
  • Export. Download a copy of your entered accounts, income, expenses, goals, and investments from Settings → Your data.
  • Delete your account. Go to Settings → Your data → Delete account. This disconnects your banks at Plaid, deletes your Fifecta data, and signs you out for good. Export first if you want a copy.
  • Access, correction, and other requests. Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to disconnect a bank without deleting your account. Message your coach in Fifecta or use our contact form and choose "Something else." We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Fifecta is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

People outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States and other countries. By using Fifecta, you understand your information may be processed there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fifecta changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
