Priceless Tay is operated by Taylor Price LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Priceless Tay," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may use our site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with how it works.

Calculators, quizzes, and Money Type results

Our calculators, quizzes, and Money Type results give estimates and general patterns based on the information you enter. They are not guarantees and do not account for your full financial situation. Please do not rely on them alone for financial decisions.

Emails and communications

When you join a waitlist, take the quiz, subscribe, or register for a program, you agree to give accurate information and keep your contact details current. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Coaching and paid services

Separate agreements apply to coaching programs and paid services. Those agreements cover fees, scheduling, cancellations, and deliverables, and they control if they conflict with these Terms.

Digital products

Access to digital trainings, downloads, and member content is for your personal use unless we state otherwise. Sharing login details or redistributing paid materials is not allowed.

Payments and refunds

Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms for paid offerings are shown at checkout or in your program agreement. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final once the access period begins.

Some pages include affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We note this on the pages where it applies.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on this site, including the Money Types framework, text, graphics, and illustrations, are owned by Taylor Price LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent. Sharing a link to a page, or your own quiz result card, is welcome.

Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send us a notice through the contact form that includes:

• Your name and how to reach you.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
• The URL of the page where the material appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
