Fifecta Terms of Use
The terms for using Fifecta, the Priceless Tay money app, including plans, billing, cancellation, bank connections, and AI features.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms cover Fifecta, the money app at fifecta.pricelesstay.com. Fifecta is run by Taylor Price LLC, a Florida limited liability company that does business as Priceless Tay ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Fifecta, you agree to these terms. Our general Terms of Service also apply, and if the two conflict about Fifecta, these terms control.
What Fifecta is
Fifecta helps you plan your money with FUNDS (Fixed, Unexpected, Needs, Desires, and Stash), track spending, debts, goals, and net worth, and work on the first fix for your Money Type. It is a planning and education tool. It does not move money, pay bills, or make investments for you.
Not financial advice
Fifecta's numbers, payoff dates, savings estimates, Money Type results, and Ask Penny answers are estimates based on what you enter or connect. They can be wrong or out of date. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Before a major money decision, talk to a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer.
Who can use Fifecta
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Use the email address you bought with, keep your sign-in private, and tell us right away if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans
Software only. The money tools on their own, for $15 a month or $150 a year, plus any tax shown at checkout.
Coaching and software. Coaching programs include Fifecta for the length of the program. Your coaching agreement covers fees, schedule, and refunds for coaching, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Prices can change. If we change the price of a software plan, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and the new price starts at that renewal.
What a month includes
Software only includes 2,000 Ask Penny questions, 4 statement reads, and 7 financial institutions. Bank accounts are unlimited. A spreadsheet still reads for free and does not use a statement read. Ask Penny questions and statement reads reset on the 1st, Eastern Time. Unused questions and reads do not roll over. A financial institution stays connected until you disconnect it. Institutions do not reset on the 1st. An eighth financial institution is past the plan. Disconnect one to add another. The yearly plan includes the same amount each month.
Coaching includes Fifecta, with 6,000 Ask Penny questions, 8 statement reads, and 7 financial institutions, on the same reset. Bank accounts are unlimited.
If you share a budget with a partner, each of you gets your own questions and statement reads, at the size of the plan on the account that owns the budget. Financial institutions count on the account that owns the budget, up to that plan's limit. Bank accounts are unlimited.
You can see what's left in the app under Settings → Your plan. If we lower these amounts, we will email you before your next renewal, and the new amounts start then.
Free trial
New software members get a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and you aren't charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and we charge the price you chose. One trial per person.
Billing and renewal
Software plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, and we charge the card on file through our payment provider, Stripe, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it goes through. You can update your card in Fifecta under Settings → Your plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel a software plan anytime in Fifecta under Settings → Your plan. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the trial or the period you already paid for. Changed your mind before then? Choose Keep my plan on the same screen. If you can't sign in, cancel through our contact form with the email you bought with.
Payments are not refunded for partly used months or years, unless the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will look into it.
When a software plan's paid period ends, we disconnect your financial institutions that day. Your banks stop sharing data with Fifecta. We keep your plan, transactions, and goals for 12 months after that date so you can start again and pick up where you left off. We email you when the banks are disconnected, and again about two weeks before the 12 months are up. Export a copy in Settings → Your data if you want one. When those 12 months end and you have not started a plan again, we delete the account the same way as Delete account. Payment records we are required to keep stay, for legal or accounting reasons. Coaching is not on this clock. You can also delete the account yourself anytime before then, in Settings → Your data → Delete account.
Connecting a bank
Bank connections run through Plaid. By connecting a bank, you allow Plaid to share your account information with Fifecta as described in our Fifecta Privacy Policy, and you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Bank data can be delayed or incomplete, so check important numbers with your bank. You can use Fifecta without connecting a bank.
Sharing with a partner
You can invite a partner to share your budget. They will be able to see and edit your plan, transactions, and goals, and see the rest of your money in Fifecta. Only invite someone you trust with that, and only someone who is at least 18. Either of you can stop sharing in Settings, and their access ends right away. You stay responsible for your account, including what a partner you invited does in it.
AI features
Ask Penny and file imports use AI to answer questions and read documents. AI can make mistakes, so check anything that matters before you act on it. How many questions and statement reads a month includes is in What a month includes, above.
If you connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, it can read your Fifecta data but can't change it. That assistant is run by another company under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for what it does with what it reads. You can disconnect it anytime in Settings → Your data → Connected apps.
Your data
Your financial information belongs to you. You give us permission to store and use it to run Fifecta for you, as described in the Fifecta Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete your account in Settings → Your data.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Share your account or resell access to Fifecta.
- Try to get into another person's account or data, or test our security without written permission.
- Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the app, or overload it with automated requests.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will change the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app. Using Fifecta after a change means you accept the updated terms.
